Heart or panic attack
I have anxiety disorder taking paxidep 12.5 mg, propanolol and clonazepam 0.25 mg, although my anxiety is much better it feel like 70% recovered but sometimes i have anxiety attacks, i my query is recently i had chest pain which on moving my upper body increase or decreased but moving my whole body didnt really make a difference, and i started to have anxiety, with excessive sweating,(that scared me) although the pain was mild but it was piercing/stabbing/aching pain but quite mild and was localized at the same point, plus i was also having acidity (it can be heartburn also) belching wasthere also so ihad an ecg which camenormal , plus i also hadecgand echo 49 days back and both were normal but i consulted a doctor he said even normal ecg does not rule out angina, and i have too much risk factor 26.8 bmi with sedentary lifestyle and high ldl cholesterol, although i am taking measure to vontrol everything. Please help doctor, what should i do. Is it angina already i am 21 , no genetic

This pain on movement of upper body ( like while coughing,sneezing,stretching ) could be due to musculoskeletal sprain.consult orthopedician,continue your anxiolytic medication
