Hello there, a topic which needs a lot of attention is heart health I'm witnessing a young people in the range of 25-45 are becoming the victim of this even some of my friends relatives as well. I'm really worried and paranoid thinking about the same if I suffer the same fate as them.mine is a desk job as I'm an IT professional i workout for an hour daily 5 days a week mon-fri along with cardio i sweat it out my BP is 110/70 overseeing my diet carefully but fail to maintain continuity sometimes I save severe cravings for icecreams as i eat 1-2 times in a week, 1egg yolks daily, chicken legs once in a week,mutton very rare. I read in few articles that these above foods are the major cause of concerns for rising heart attacks since then I'm really concerned about my heart health.please suggest am I going to survive if I dont control

Do some normal exercises. Morning walk. Avoid junk food. Don't take too much stress.
