At this young age having palpitations means either it is normal sinus tachycardia or it's psvt.Most likely it will be psvt as you said it lasts for 5min
Get a ECG done or rush to nearby hospital whenevr you have these palpitations as it is very important to diagnose it.
Further treatment depends on diagnosis
Also get your thyroid and echo tested
