Heart chest pain
Constantly get heart like angina chest pains.. suffocating in whole chest area radiating to left arm n jaw.. feel dizzy and heart beat faint during the episodes.. Heart tests done all- ecg, echo n tmt - normal.. 3-4 visit to ER this year n all pain episodes captured on Ecg never showed any issue CAn this be atypical gastric pain? Apart from chest pain sometimes I have bloating and stomach cramping.. My doctor told me nerves of heart n food pipe come from same place so maybe..
