Heart burn
I usually get heart burn when I over eat or eat something outside what could be it? I feel this almost everytime I overeat or eat outside but it gets better after drinkin water and all

You have gastroesophageal reflux disease ....try eating small meals frequently ....less fatty food and keep head end elevated while sleeping ....also take tablet pantocid dsr 40 mg once daily before breakfast ...review after 1 months
