Heart beat
My heart beats really fast than normal all the time and in other situations its really very fast . according to age and the physic it should be good but as of sudden there is no issue , my bmi is 20 and no other symptoms are there . Please suggest .

Hello, very important information is left out . you have not mentioned your heart rate only. If its above A healthy adult heart normally beats 60 to 100 times a minute when a person is at rest.Heart beat more than 100 is referred tachycardia ,Exercise, stress ,alcohol intake ,anemia, fever ,hyperthyroidism can cause tachycardia . Consult cardiologist and get ECG if you have tachycardia.
