HEART BEAT INCREASING CHANGING POSITION
My heart beat increases when I change position from sitting to standing by 30 bpm and stays higher Symptoms like giddiness , headache , muscle twitching, dizziness Is it normal or something concerning ?

Can be orthostatic effects. Giddiness can be due to low BP, Pathology of inner Ear, Vertibro basilar insufficiency, Spondilytis Muscle twitch is mostly benign and due to low Potassium and Magnesium along with dehydration.
