Heart beat
Hi my dads heart beat usually used to be closer to 60 but now it's closer to 74. He is on blood thinners for many years . He usually used to be fit but since a month and a half his activity of walking etc has stopped as he has severe pain in arch . He has been eating a lot of pain killers since 45 days and has also developed ear infection for which he has taken three doses of anti biotics in last 3 weeks. We got the blood test report his blood sugar is 160 and h1abc is 7. His cholesterol is 240 and sgpt on liver is 64. Also he has developed belly fat which is visible and has increased substantially in last 6 months Just wanted to know is this a cause of worry with heart beat increasing despite all the medications for blood thinners because doctor had told is long before that people on heart medications usually have low heart beat . Thanks looking forward to your reply on increase
