Heart beat fast
Whenever I run my heart beats fast and feel I cannot take breath while running because my abdomen feels tight have done echo and stress test chest x-ray and blood test all are normal but have ulcers in lower esophagus please suggest what to do

Thats normal tells that u not used to physical activity ....build stamina ....start regular physical activity
