Recently I've came across the news that 20-30 age group people died suddenly by physical exertion this news gave me lot's of anxiety about heart and I'm fear to exercise My recent cardiac evaluation like ECG echo holter TMT normal in 2023 for palpitation and chest pain

News nowadays are heading towards only negative side, so don’t listen to them much. Your aim should be a healthy lifestyle with daily 45 minutes of exercise and eat proper , balanced diet. Sleep at least seven hours in a day.. Avoid Mobile as much as possible.
