Hey there is pain in my chest for 3 days somtimes it completly go sometimes it remains also pain in neck i am taking antacid and there is no relief is it heart attack ? Age-20 no smoking not obese but taking stress

At your age heart attack is rare. Need to know details about your chest pain. If it is a localized sharp short lasting pain not related to physical activity then it is not heart related

Do you feel pin point pain / does the pain increase on doing movements
If yes than. It is a musculoskeletal pain
