Heart and chest pain
Hello respected Doctors, Asking this question on behalf of my best friend. 36 yr old. Very slim. Height 5.3. Weight 47. Since the month of Feb she always complains heart and chest pain. She always says I get heart attack everyday past six months. Tightness on her chest. While walking she feel breathless. She has done her end number of tests. ECG, 2DEco, CT scan of entire body, lungs too, stress test, blood tests. Thyroid, liver, kidney, Pelvic ultrasound, vitamins(D,B12, Mag, Cal etc etc).Electrolyte, HIV(she is a virgin though), pap smear for no reason, electrolyte tests, blood serum, Complete haemogram, typhoid test, mammography, All reports are negative. Pls advise what is wrong with her. Thnx and regards

I think she may be having mild chest pain occasionally. But, cuz of over conscious and online knowledge, she is thinking too much and taking the symptoms as serious issues. As u mentioned that all investigation are normal. Then nothing to do much. Just give symptomatic treatment and proper counselling.
