Hearing vibration and ringing sound
There is constant vibration in my left ear and it increases in silence. It happened last year in December but from March 2021, I wasn't hearing any ringing till November 2021. Now I am again facing this ringing and vibration issue. There is also some kind of sensation in my both ears. I have also told that it's tinnitus and there is no cure. Is there anything that I could do to get rid of it.

If it comes mostly in winter months then likely its associated with the compromise in eustachian tube function that happens due to recurrent rhinitis and urti in winter months, if so there definitely is cure. But u need to get a thorough consultation to come to a proper diagnosis and treatment.
