Respected Sir/Madam My grandfather's age is 70 years and sometimes he is facing issue in hearing and sometimes he is perfectly fine.Sir, please help me what I should do and I got suggestions from some people that I should clean his ears but I don't know how I should.... Please help me

There could be a possibility of impacted wax in the ear.. put wax softening ear drop 4-5drops  thrice a day for at least 5 days.. visit an ENT specialist for wax removal..
