Drop into my clinic HEALTHCARE@BASAVESHWARANAGAR.. You cannot visualise your own ears, nor do you have the tools to clean your ears. 1...NEVER USE COTTON BUDS TO CLEAN INSIDE YOUR EAR CANAL -YOU WILL INVARIABLY INJURE YOUR EAR! COTTON BUDS ARE NOT CLEANING TOOLS AT ALL. THEY ARE USED TO APPLY OINTMENTS & CREAMS OVER SORES OR BOILS WHICH COULD BE CONTAGIOUS! 2...NEVER USE EDIBLE OILS AS WAX SOLVENTS... DIRECT INVITATION FOR FUNGAL INFECTIONS 3..,NEVER USE COTTON TO OCCLUDE EARS... SOME FIBERS LEFT BEHIND ACT AS A MAGNET FOR ACCUMULATING WAX.

Yes. You could have just pushed the remaining wax into the deep canal. Consult with your ENT SURGEON.
