Dear Madam, As my doctor friend suggested, you might be suffering from post partem depression, please try these simple measures  as listed below 1. Every day expose yourself to rising sun, stand facing the rising sun for ten-fifteen minutes. 2. Go for long walks. 3. Do praynayama. 4. Do post portem toning up excercises, most of the physiotherapist would be able to help you with this. If you let me know you location I can direct you to some good therapist. Try these measures, if after three weeks you still feel no improvement, let me know, I would suggest other solutions. Regards Dr. Anamay Kamalakar Bidwai Chennai.
