For surgery factorVIII level need to be maintained 60 to 100%.....since your factor activity is approx 20%...you need (80×0.5×body wt)IU of factor VIII infusion to achieve the level before surgery

I can understand your concern. 
You do not have to worry about that.
Whatever amount is required will be done and given by the treating doctors.
You cannot do anything regarding this.
How much ever required is the treating doctor's decision.
You just take care of other general things related to the patient.
