I am taking five 3x so can I take kali phos 6x along with five phos 3x. Five phos also contains kali phos 3x so can I use kali phos 6 along this.

No need to take Kali phos 6x when you are already taking it in a five phos combination.
And if you are taking it yourself then please try to avoid self medication.
