Hi during masturbation I twisted my penis very hardly towards the right and so I felt immense amount of pain on the left twisted part . Then the left side got swollen up with a lot of pain . It seemed the blood vessels and soft tissues broke on that part. Then after that I found that some blood clot has formed on the left side and in the middle. Now during erection blood is not going up to the head of penis and I am feeling pain during erection.plz tell me what to do
