Hello! Irrespective of anything you have a meaningful life . We have bad phases all of us. This makes us better and stronger. Incase you need to share , talk to your friends family. Sometimes human minds dislike  judgement and if you feel you need someone impartial , non judgemental to listen to you and assist you in coping with some issue you should definitely go for some counselling sessions and maybe meet a psychiatrist. Visiting a psychiatrist or even a doctor - it's confidential , what you say to your doctor. The doctor might be able to understand your issue better since sometimes we tend to miss out or overthink on certain aspects more than required. Its absolutely OK to see a doctor for all this. I firmly believe that if the mind is a bit low then one can't live optimally. Take a chance. Visit a professional. Do not be shy. Things will work out for you.
