This is Abhishek singh from bhopal. My age is 22 and height is 5.11 and am very thin boy since my birth nd I m feeling very weak for last 20 days... And even I don't eat meals for a day, I don't feel hunger
Please suggest me the way to gain weight and how to overcome such weakness which affect my mental strength and disturbance in studies

The best way to improve your metabolism appetite and hunger is to eat small meal at regular intervals. Gradually start taking fruits, milk, coconut water, curd, rice based foods, boiled eggs- these will help you get good protein and support easy digestion. Drink at least 2 litres of water daily.

Hi, Ideal weight for your height is 68-72 Kgs. Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk, curd, Paneer, Meat, Fish, Eggs etc .Include essential fats like Almonds, walnut , flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help. Excess of heat can also lead to nausea and loss of appetite.
