Health enquiry about my father

My father age is 66 years old...For last 3-4 months he keeps on sweating(even in winter) ..when ever he wears the clothes and cover his head with woolen cap ,his all clothes get wet due to sweating. What can be the reason for his problem. Pls help and suggest me
