Dear Sir/ Madam, I have done the health check up on 28 Oct 2016. The copies are attached. Please let me know the about the reports whether all the reports are normal or not? Thanks

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Your sugars do not appear to be in range. Also your lipids are not good. You need to get a HbA1c test done and then consult a diabetologist in person for further evaluation and management.  He will be able to help you. You have impaired glucose tolerance with dyslipidemia...need to do oral glucose tolerance test with 75 gms oral glucose Also were you fasting 12 hrs prior giving blood for tests...it is required for accurate lipid measurement

Please get HBA1C testing done to confirm diabetes status. Also cholesterol is slightly high, avoid fried and fatty foods, do daily exercise, minimum 30 mins of brisk walking per day. You may need to be started on diabetic medication based on HBA1C report. It's high time you be started on low calorie low fat heart healthy diet. Please consult a nearby physician with these reports so that counseling can be done effectively.
