Health Check up , seeking advice
Sir , I m 48 years old. recently I got my health check up done.I have HbA1C as 6% and fasting Sugar Average Blood Glucose level) 125mg/DL.My parents have history of diabetes.Also advise any preventive medication and precautions to be taken so that I can prevent or delay sugar in future.Regards Krishna

Follow diabetic diet and regular exercise. If you wish to start medicine for prevention, u can use Metformin
