Hi, Your ideal body weight range should be 68-73 kg as per your height. On the basis of that your present body weight is absolutely fine. To get rid off PCOS, you should follow a balanced diet and include in your diet leafy vegetables, others vegetables, fruits, complex carbohydrates. Drink 3 litre water per day. As you have suffered from hypothyroidism, try to increase your daily activity level. You should have a sound sleep atleast for 6-7 hours, moreover if you follow a healthy lifestyle certainly it will helpful.
