Doing headstand is good for enhancing the blood flow to your brain and enhancing the strength of the neck musculature. Can be repeated two to three times with a rest interval of five minutes between repetitions. One thing that needs to be kept in mind is that you should not abruptly stand up straight after finishing the headstand but rather allow some time for the blood to flow back to all your body parts. Furthermore, it can be supplemented with breathing control to fetch the maximum benefits.
