Headche , nerve swelling
Getting severe pain on the left side of the head. Also nerve above ear swells. Applying some balm gets temporary relief but again recurs after some time. During cold period it's severity is high.
After clearing nose stuff with warm water gargling some temporary relief getting. Earlier I did not have such problems. Happening since one month. My age is 67. My profession is teaching. I do some breathing exercises.

This is a serious issue. Severe temporal headache may be due to aneurysm or temporal arteritis or migraine or tension induced cluster headache. Treatment and laboratory investigations are to be done immediately and reviewed under any good physician or neurophysician. Try to reduce stress. Make sure you sleep, exercise, and eat on a regular schedule.Make sure you practice good posture. Stand and sit up straight.Try not to strain your eyes when you use your computer.Get treatment for depression or anxiety if you have those health problems. Donot be late. Take care.
