Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. While you continue the medicine for thyroid, the other symptoms are showing the sign of stress in your mind. Just observe and analyze what has majorly changed in the recent times on the job nature, environment, lifestyle, relationships or family etc. Any of these could have influenced or caused some kind of stress in your mind. It's better to get this assesed professionally through an psychology expert to conclude the problem and identify the root cause. Then you can adopt some parallel stress management plans to overcome this problem.
