Hello dear these all the symptoms are due to fever in my opinion so go for CBC and take tab Dolopar 500 mg twice a day for 5 days and tab Lariago ds once a day for 5 day. And take protein sleep
Migraine can be associated with menstruation you can take paracetamol for it.
If not relieved on it also consult a doctor.
For high bp and pulse consult a physician.
During menses some women may have headache due to vasodilation of blood vessels. It may be normal. But it is severe, you may take a physician's opinion.
Also check for things that are precipitating the headache . Check your bp at other times too.
Consult a physician for the BP and headache part.
