Headaches and dizzyness
Hello,
I an having headache and dizziness from last 2 weeks also I am bearing shoulder pain and weaknesses. I also feel like sleeping alot from normal sleep also after waking up I feel like to sleep and feels like vomiting and having sore throat. Please suggest
