Headache in right back of head while walking..I also have dry eyes and today my right eye was dry after waking up

Exercise induce headache usually happens after strenuous activity which is due to vascular or structural abnormalities in the brain. Might consider MRI brain if symptoms persist. Treatment is NSaids or beta blocker.
