Headache,sleeping disorder, weight gain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am using Quetiapine for a year. i had gained my weight from 60 kg to 78 kg, using this medicine i got headache , i had loose my confidence n i sometimes thought about suicide n my sexual power is weak, i dont have rush doing anything . i told doctor about that but he had only reduces the drug mg i am taking it. what should i do to overcome this problem . please help me.
