Headache since 10 days
I am having continuous headache since last Tuesday 12 Dec. I am a Migraine patient and on all the scans were normal when conducted in Mar 17. It seems to be a tension headache but not going with dolo 650/ naproxen/ Ultracet. Can I try some Muscle relaxant for this one time?

if you have noticed any triggering factor for headache avoid those things like avoid irregular meals , irregular sleep habits, traveling
