Hello You need to relax yourself and do some meditation. It is water that has entered in your head while riding in park. So don't worry it will be Cured by itself. Just take painkiller and take proper rest and don't focus much on anything for a while. Wish you good health and happiness Keep me updated with the improvements Regards

Check with a physician as it could be an upper respiratory infection. When you soak yourself in water for a prolonged period it upsets the basal bodies temperature . This leads to sinusitis etc and various opportunistic infections. It can be viral And antibiotics won't help and may take week to resolve in its own . Take lots of warm liquids and steam inhalation and cold remedies after visiting a physician .
