Headache,over eat or never eat,oversleep
Hi, i at times i cry for very small things and i tend to separate myself from the world. i tend not to talk to anyone or i am in my phone and my laptop to keep myself engaged. i am also facing parents pressure. where they tend to take things differently and i take it in a very different way. i feel they cont just get my point of view. and i feel my private space is been interfered. due to that i have never had constant friends. i just feels very lonely deep inside. i have no one to share things.

It's possible that you are under going mild stress or depression for all these years which is due to the deficiency of a protein called serotonin in the brain. You should meet a psychiatrist and enjoy better quality of life. Don't be fearful or ashamed to meet a doc for your mental health just go and everything will be sorted. All the best
