Headache once in 3 weeks
Hello, i am an IT Employee and have to work sitting in front of the computer for a long time. Sometimes, i suffer from headache and it generally starts when am sitting in front of the PC. The frequency of getting a headache is once in 3 weeks or so. The intensity of the headache is quite high and once I take. rest on the same night, next day morning I am completely fine. Is this a migraine? How should I solve this issue as It might be because of maximum contact with PC?
