Headache not going
I don't know what the reason since from 2 months I am having headache with little tiredness,Daily I monitor my blood pressure which reads 115/70 in morning and 118/68 in evening ,So blood pressure is not an issue and also checked with blood sugar that's also normal ,Still I am having the issue please suggest me what to do

Apart from blood pressure headache has multiple reasons ...most common is about tension headache that might be due to some stress occuring at end of the day.... Another is migraine that is mostly unilateral type lasting for 1 to 2 hrs ..requires some specific medication and life style changes.. Least commonly you have to rule out some organic cause by some imaging
