I am 3 months pregnant. What medicine can I take in severe headache considering I am pregnant? Thanks.

Paracetamol would be the drug of choice here as NSAIDS are not prescribed in pregnancy..Dolo 650 mg, 2 - 3 times a day, depending on your symptoms can be taken..
