  4. Headache, nausea, tiredness all day.

Headache, nausea, tiredness all day
Hi, I had my eye checkup today. My right eye shows .25 spherical that is okay I guess but my left eye is .75 cylindrical 90 degree! Should I get a spect? What will be better glasses for me! I am a graphics designer so computers take my 70% time of the day. Please guide.

Hello Power is very small...if no headache or visual symptom then you may avoid glasses If required,use Antiglare glasses of good brand...
