Headache more than a month
Hi!
I am having pain in my forehead in the center, eyebrows and heaviness on top and back of my head more than a month daily. I have tried so many medicines for it like crocin 650 mg, naxdom 500 mg, clotan 200 mg. Nothing is working. It's paining daily on and off multiple times in a day.
What can it be?

Please avoid stress, prolonged screentime and sunlight as much as possible. Please take proper sleep of 6-8 hours in the night. It could be migraine or tension headache.
