I am suffering unexplained pain in my head back& upper,not mood any activity excessive sleep,but concentration memory no problem hopless life now i am suffering this past one year i consulted psychiatrist i had tablets 3 months but not cure what happened I don't no what i do no any expectations

Probably I think you are confused about ur future.... If u hv plans about ur future,  you will have meaning to live this life... I would encourage you to meet a Psychologist in ur  city and speak out all ur issues , you might get a clarity.

Hi.... Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on....
