I had done mri of brain there it is mentioned that retention of cyst exists in right maximallary sinus .what does it mean .is it something serious or it needs some treatment

That means you have a cyst which is fluid filled encapsulated structure and can be responsible for recurrent sinusitis leading to sinus headache s. If it becomes bothersome it can be removed by a ENT specialist.
