What is that you are not satisfied OR Happy about???!!
If you have something on those feel free to talk to your family members or friends.
If you feel that you cannot OR you actually not able to identity exactly, then I would suggest you to meet a Counsellor /Psychologist in your city and handle this at the earliest.
Headache is just a symptom with so many possible causes... Could be psychological causes like stress, tension related... Or could be physical causes like different types of headache syndromes are there... suggestive of illness...
Better get an evaluation..
