I am having headache while sleep in night daily. Due to this I can't sleep. Facing this desease since 10 days

Hi, are you under any sort of distress? Are you over thinking before going to sleep? Do you take any medicine when this happens? Usually in such cases there is always an underlying stress that causes such a headache and counseling can help identify stressors which a person is unaware about. I would suggest you to take a few sessions and based on evaluation further treatment can be planned.
