Headache, fever, burning eyes

Hi,
As you have got fever headache and burning eye sensation . Your symptoms are also not getting relieved with paracetamol.
You should consult a physician and get yourself clinically examined and investigated further to find out the cause of fever.
Take proper balance diet and oral fluids to remain hydrated.
