You may be suffering from both refractive error as well as dryness, you should consult ophthmologist for refraction & if prescribed any glass, please use antiglare glass, for dryness one should try to have normal blinking while working on smartphone or laptop. One should look away from screen after every 10 minutes & should take rest for 10 minutes after every two hours, you should also use lubricating eye drops 5-6 times regularly (Systane ultra) to save yourself from severe dryness.
Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You haven't mentioned if you have any vision problems.
Kindly get your vision checked out by a ophthalmologist and then consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
