Headache cold bodyache
Having cold overnight in morning it increses with headache and body pain with little shivering in handswith weakness and fever .i am brestfeeding 5 months old i have already taken dolo500 question is it safe and how many tablets i can take?baby is having fever and cold too

If a mother has a viral infection,the baby is sure to get it too.
Both of you should take steam inhalations and use simple paracetamol for fever,it's safe for breastfeeding mothers too.
Take up-to 6 tabs in a day safely,but repeat only 4 hourly,that too only if fever is present.
