Hello
White discharge is called leucorrhoea
There can be various causes like anemia , vaginitis , cervicitis etc
Warm urine might indicate urinary tract infections so get the urine examined
For headache take paracetamol 500 mgs and antibiotics under doctor's guidance after you get urine test done
Take alkaliser like syp alkasol with water

Get HB , urine test done
drink lots of water
Health Tips
do not eat spicy and junk food
maintain hygiene
use vaginal creams to maintain the pH
