Headache and unconsciousness

Asked for Female, 14 Years

My daughter 14yrs is in depression Frm Feb 17 and due to not getting highest score in her class,SSC, after scoring 8.2 GPA still not going to college due to fear of studies.Frm April she is on medication. Her EEG and MRI are normal.She still falls frm standing position, saliva comes from her mouth, Though improvement is there, but still fears to go to college, as she thinks she cant pass inter exam, Went only 5 days frm June to AUGUST to college. Pls. suggest how long does it takes for recovery
