Headache and stomach pain simultaneously
I have been pain in stomach and back head from morning. In starting thought that it is a gas pain so i took penta 40 and after some time because of no relief from penta i took digene but no relief. Then after sometime i took meftal spaas and diclo plus and one penta too. But no reilef. My menses comes before date and bleeding flow is too low. I have stress too much. I want to know that is it symptoms of pregnancy or migraine??
